We’re trusted by African donors

Many at times, there are factors that hinder the realization of one’s goals and aspiration in the broader sense.

As a woman of African descent, specifically Ghana, I have experienced first-hand, a plethora of roadblocks that curtail the realization of a young girls’ dream. There are social and cultural factors, gender stereotypes, the opportunity cost of education, unsafe educational infrastructure, i.e. lack of sanitary towels, early marriage, teenage and unintended pregnancy, among others that cause barriers to girl-child education.

The right to education on the basis of non-discrimination and equality is a recognized right under human rights law and BREE LIFE aims at contributing to the enforcement of the law in deprived communities in Ghana, West Africa.
